Fifteen years ago I have developed a school management system (BRAINY), that transports schools and school owners into a new "galaxy". Being a father and a teacher, I have combined my experiences and my knowledge from business workflows and developed the world's first holistic school management system.

Knowing what to do on school reform and innovation is critical, but "getting it done" is what it is all about. A successful initiative takes vision and plan, and coalition building, funding approval, implementation, and sustainability. I am the consultant when it comes to improve the quality of schools.
